Eddy Berro is the CEO and founder of EddyTime Mechanical. He established the business in 2007 with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, leveraging his years of experience as a service technician. Eddy’s commitment to outstanding customer service was recognized in 2016 when he received the prestigious LINC Award. With 18 years of industry experience, Eddy has led EddyTime Mechanical to become one of Calgary’s most trusted plumbing, heating, and gas-fitting specialists. The company offers plumbing and heating services for commercial and industrial structures, as well as preventive maintenance services and comprehensive digital reports for property management and boards of directors. Eddy values attentive listening, respectful communication, and thorough follow-up, and he stays updated on industry trends through ongoing education.
Greg Plowright | Senior Account Manager
Greg Plowright is an Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyman Plumber and Gas Fitter with over thirty years of experience in construction, building maintenance, and design. As an Account Manager at EddyTime Mechanical Ltd., Greg handles and oversees accounts for new and existing client services. He works as part of a collaborative team to provide client education, marketing, and mechanical solutions, aiming to cultivate long-term customer relationships by delivering professional-grade solutions within budget. Greg is available 24/7 to his customers and is known for getting the job done quickly, efficiently, and within budget.
